Straight On Till Morning features Loki and Loki raising Loki with Loki and Ikol. It is not crack. It is perhaps not QUITE as awesome as Bright And Bitter Flame, but still pretty good fun, and that's without knowing anything about the alternate timelines from the comics that the various Lokis hail from. It also hasn't seen any activity since the few days last October when it was posted, but could be a reasonably complete movie plot as it stands if you added a chase scene and something exploding.
Edit: I'vealso really enjoyed jacobk's Applied Cultural Anthropology, or (... How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Cruciatus) It's billed as the story of how Hermione sorted into Slytherin becomes the next dark lord (well, Dark Lady,) but having only reached the end of Second Year there's small enough signs of that aside from (no, never mind, not giving away spoilers. Just read it, it's only 83,000 words.) It does a good job of rebuilding the setting for added versimilitude, I have to say.
Official summary: Albus Dumbledore always worried about the parallels between Harry Potter and Tom Riddle. But let's be honest, Harry never really had the drive to be the next dark lord. Of course, things may have turned out quite differently if one of the other muggle-raised Gryffindors wound up in Slytherin instead.
