That... is Saturday Night Live Style.  Funny as all hell, yes, but there's far too much crack and not enough plot.  It's fine if you like that sort of thing, but it's not my cup of tea. 

Agreed -- "Marauders Style" would have been the class looking like any other group of Firsties -- while Stuff happens all around them with no real explanation.  This was... way over the top; I actually felt like the Colonel from Monty Python wanting to butt in and say, "Right, now, this is too silly".  Me.  Thinking something is too silly.
