Maybe I should make a batch of "I'm too illiterate to be able to read the Twentieth Amendment to the United States Constitution" t-shirts and sell them to everybody who's holding out for a March 4 inauguration this year.
By the way... Quoting Wikipedia: "The Twentieth Amendment was adopted on January 23, 1933." That's six decades after Grant.
