As long as the time means they're making sure all the tees are crossed. iys are doted, and evidence is comprehensive and accurate, I'm all for it. Let the ruling in the case be too solid for dispute by anyone with a vague grasp of reality, so it probably won't have to go through more than three or four appeals and only the conspiracy theory crackpots will hold on to the delusions of it being some kind of shady scheme.
