I don't know either. I mean, I've thought about it before, but I can't think of any evidence from canon that this moved over to Aqua. The part of Aria that's frustrating to me is that it is all rather removed from its cultural context. Some things like the Marriage of the Sea made it over, but just other things that didn't. I mean, I don't remember anyone mentioning The Ghetto, ever. Venice has the OG Ghetto. And because it's a theme park rebuild, it lacks the original context of the wealthy city built with wealth from things like the slave trade and sacking Constantinople during the worst Crusade. Yes, I know it's iyashikei. Neo Venezia is in some ways not at the heartbeat of modern culture, but a theme park of a city. Venezia still has a lot of cultural relevance, but Neo Venezia seems backward looking. So, um, maybe? It seems light-hearted and touristy enough to at least be plausible, if people would come. Mars is far, but they come to Telluride so not much further!
From the Doylist point of view, it's also a maybe. I've only been to one film premiere in Hollywood, so I don't have a whole lot of knowledge to write about these things... but L.A. is a company town for the film industry so it's not like I'm completely clueless. Maybe I'll think up something interesting to do once Tomoyo gets more serious about directing. (I mean seriously, her hobbies are: costume design, camera work/cinematography, video editing, and music. She has a rich parent. She has a best friend who "does all her own special effects". In what world does she not grow up to direct films?)
