Not just one -- three, in Red Bank, Toms River, and at Rutgers-Newark.  They don't do breakfast, and the hours are a bit different for each one.  Their menus are simple: a couple appetizers, a half dozen entries, and a dessert, and they change based on the locally-sourced ingredients available (daily, IIRC).  There's no formal price, although there is a suggested donation of US$20 per meal; you pay what you can afford, or you volunteer. 

Back before the pandemic, Peg and I were talking about visiting the Toms River restaurant one of the times we went down to Seaside, which is only a few miles away, during the summer of 2020.  Of course that never happened but if things start to go back to normal we may well try again this summer.
