Does anybody know what happened to Spacebattles?

This reports that there was a fire at the data center.

Also apparently some of the servers incurred water damage form the sprinkler system being triggered.

I'm surprised that they had a water based fire suppression system instead of something like halon which wouldn't damage the stuff that hadn't burned yet...
