Some more SV news.

I'm waiting for some hardware providers to get back to me on provisioning new hardware requests. once that happens I can get SV back up in probably 5-6 hours of getting the hardware. This will be an interim solution, and we'll have some downtime to migrate to a better solution later, but it beats being down for a potentially unknown number of days.

No solid ETA yet, but I'm not going to wait for the old servers to magically become fixed
