The Weaver Option
Worm/WH40K
In the 45th Millennium, Chaos has overrun the Imperium but now the Tyranids are devouring Chaos. In desperation, a Chaos sorcerer summons people from an alternate Earth to try to turn the tide... only for the last Ultramarine to foil his plans and the summoned beings wind up back in the 35th Millennium...
Taylor Hebert has been having a bad day. Behemoth just wiped out New Delhi, everything failed... and now she's with a ragtag regiment facing a horde of frothing green berserkers. Clearly there is only one thing to do:
Escalate.
Currently 48 chapters and 1.08 million words long. Canon 40K has been massively derailed as Taylor (and other parahumans) interfere in events.

It is not a good time to be a:-
- corrupt Imperium Official
- Slaneeshi cultist (or daemon (or Slaneesh him/herself))
- Drukhari
- any other resident of Commorragh (okay, it's practically never a good time to be a resident of Commorragh, but worse than that)
- Necron of the Sautekh or Szarekhan dynasties (or several others)
- Word-Bearer
- Frateris Templaris
