OK. Here is a base concept that i rolled out. I gave myself 3 goals when i made it. Good HP/Regen, 30% Defense across the board, and Over 3 end a sec. It worked. I mangaged a 1776 hp and 32hp/s total on a stalker. 3.49 end/s, and the low defense is PSI with 31.22%. Now i did use a number of slots on procs, that kinda came after i finished the primary build.
