We have Bisexual, Homosexual, and Asexuality as pages. Why do we not have Heterosexual?

Is it just because nobody has had time to make that page?

Almost certainly because it is the assumed "default" state and as such counts as People Sit on Chairs.

EDIT:  Which is a fair point.  Imagine the entry pimping you would have to do if we were to add a page for it.

Fair enough. It just annoys me to have all but one of a set. (Gotta catch 'em all...) I can learn to live with annoyance.
