If the Russians do resort to CBR weapons then it would just be par for the course. (Really, they already have been in the sense that they've been fucking blowing up nuclear reactors - why bother building a dirty bomb when you can have the next best thing by cooking off a reactor?) They've already been actively targeting civilians - whether they've been trying to escape or sheltering in-place. Using CBR is just the next logical step in this farce of a war.
I really, REALLY, hope there's going to be a lot of Russian officials showing up in the Hague over the next few years. Anything less is going to be an injustice that will go down in the books.
