That makes for a nice soundbite, until you get into the thorny question of who it is that decides "what is right"

By that definition, morality is putting what you consider to be right before what your community considers to be right, and ethics is putting what your community considers to be right before what you consider to be right.

Although I've never thought that ethical behaviour was necessarily conformist behaviour, so I think there's something wrong with that definition.
