Considering what's just across the river from Montreal, maybe Cassiopée Bright would be more appropriate...
EDIT: And instead of crowd-sourcing her appearance, why not use one of the characters I picked up during last month's sale? Just give her an outfit that's less generic-fantasy and more modern-stylish.
