And ALL of you are overlooking the obvious.  Let the poor Equinine be!  The nameless one is correct, (And when are you finally gonna get off your bum and pick something????) because this represents the chain of understanding OF THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE AS IT HAPPENS.

This is the standard of proof that applies to ANY such investigation, all the way back to naval Courts martial when we were all stuck 'Down below'.  It is the standard that I think HRMoV will be seen to have applied when these things are finally made public, for Love and Justice have no reason to hide anything.  It is the fact that Baron Frigga was not trying to conceal anything, but was much more concentrated upon, as any Sailor or other member of the CMoV nobility should be, upon the problem that she now faced and how best to serve and protect the people who have WILLINGLY (mind you) placed themselves under her protection and leadership.
