After quite some time away, Erisah Mae has continued Ottery St. Catchpole (AO3 link), an HP post-canon fic where a nominal muggle who's just odd enough to fit in gets mixed up with the Weasleys and friends after arriving to deal with a distant (magical) relative's house, killed in the final days before Voldemerde's fall. An author's note at the end has promised 'more inclusive representation' in the wake of some fandom-specific scandal I never heard of, but the OC and Charlie are already both bi and shipping does not seem to be more than a B-plot outside of Molly's mind so whatever, I guess. The pace is slow but steady, the viewpoint character's reactions feel genuine, and canon characters pretty on point, plus the technical quality is solid, so for once I have no particular caveats about saying to give it a go. Presently around 41k words in fifteen chapters.
