They actually managed to do exactly this in Medicine Hat, Alberta - the most right-wing province in Canada - in 2015.

Unfortunately, it didn't last. Blame "rising costs".

So, going by the words of Jesus Himself, the people who put migrants on a bus will not see Heaven. That isn't much consolation for this world, mind you.
