Yah, no. Dat's a shoop. Doggo is clearly supporting their weight on their legs, and it would take far more balloons to support a pooch even that small. Probably they set up the camera on a tripod and took one shot with just the open door, and another before or after with something there for doggo to stand on.

It's a fun image, though, and that's what counts for the thread
