In First Times (HP/DC), it's time at last for First Encounters: The Squad.

You’re joking. That’s a rather depressingly pessimistic name for a group.

Hermione hadn’t had a good relationship with her government while she had a wand. One of the reasons why she currently has a ring instead. Since then, it’s improved a great deal; Cameron and the DEO have treated her fairly. There are more agencies in her new life, however. One in particular that goes under many names. One that plays in the shadows and doesn’t play fair. One she’s about to encounter as it’s time for ugly histories, inciteful analyses, and cold warnings.
