Note to IT staff: Lie to your supervisors/managers that your servers are so damn sensitive to vibrations that when they scream at you next door to the server rack, where the office is, there is a measurable drop in performance throughout the company.
I mean, they won't treat you less poorly, but maybe they will scream less?
