So because some one on Tumblr (where I also post these) asked, here is the lay out of the Seraph home.
It is a 2 story apartment block in Kings Row.
Ground Floor is made into Seraph's workshop/Shop front, he has a license from MAGI to craft magical arms and armour.
First floor is heavily renovated into a house and it is large, good thing with his growing family XD
Second floor is 10 Apartments, 3 of them occupied by Aura, oni paladin. Noelle Minnet, Praetorian refugee and Trinity Minnet, sister of Primal Earth Noelle. All three are owned by Echo of Light, a cool chick I have been RPing with on Tumblr for like... 5 years?
