I mean, Dumbley has a point here, Doug does go over the top in killing people, and there has to be a place for forgiveness. Where he's wrong is that pretty much all of Stone Cold Vold's followers had a chance to turn straight, and most jumped back in bed with him as soon as they had a chance, happily taking his Nagini up the rear. Forgiveness is for those who are not actively trying to purify you out of existence.
