She's not changing her mind, she's basically already decided she's here to stay, but she's absolutely petrified of her own failure and without Harry and Hermione around her flat is empty except for Pan's company and her mind has been left spinning. Thankfully she's got a really, really lovely friend in Nymphadora Tonks who can tell something is wrong and tries to drag it out of her, but Tonks ends up dragging out a lot, lot more than that out of Lyra, which leads to Lyra taking the first *real* plunge into committing herself to this world...for better, or for worse.

Harry's POV and his side of the story will remain in T-rated territory for the most part
However, writing this chapter showed me that to properly tell Lyra's story (my version of Lyra anyway) the fic as a whole should be bumped up to M.
