It's raining in Ottawa today. We've got enough snow on the ground, and the temperature's warm enough, that the rain's turning into fog.
Apparently conditions are similar in Toronto and all points east. I'm hearing that planes are being rerouted away from Toronto to Sault Ste Marie or Thunder Bay... (For folks south of the border, that's the equivalent of redirecting a flight for LAX to Eugene or Portland, or routing JFK traffic to Atlanta.)
