A Young Woman's Weaponization of the Mythos is effectively a Youjo Senki fusion with Achtung Cthulhu!/Cthulhutech, though it maintains the alternate-WWI  setting of the first rather than WWII or a nebulous near-future. It also maintains a far more hopeful and (with occasional exceptions for dramatic impact) lighter tone than the majority of war stories or almost any Lovecraft/Derleth material, but I for one count its lack of faithful adherence in that matter as a positive. It has also just had the epilogue posted, thereby becoming eligible for listing in this thread, totaling at 340k words in 44 chapters.

After thirty-eight days of brutal fighting, the forces of the League of Nations have finally triumphed over the bestial foe which emerged from our country's wilderness to threaten us all. In his press conference, the Prime Minister thanked the Mythos Suppression Authority for its invaluable assistance, and announced the establishment of a national day of mourning for those lost to the flightless horrors. The MSA is still investigating the source of the avian scourge which cost so many lives before being wiped out …
