That's an odd, random selection of stock footage in that video. A ruined house somewhere in the American midwest, from the look of it? An elderly woman in traditional Ukrainian (?) clothing? An image of anti-malarial medicine while the narrator is talking about penicillin? A medieval manuscript under narration about a WWII-era doctor's journal?
And where did this story come from? I tried looking for more information on it, but there doesn't appear to actually be a "Sainte-Moreau" in France (the only "Moreau" I've found is in the southwest near the Bay of Biscay, not the northeast near Belgium), and no combination of search terms I tried get me anything that looks like the story as it's presented here. The description on the video's YouTube page is dramatically lacking any references at all.
