You're just saying that because the Conservative party leader was voted out of his own House seat (and so far is refusing to step down as party leader); they did pretty well otherwise, gaining seats in the House. The Liberals are looking at another minority government... but it's been a very long time since a party won four elections in a row.
Oh, look... The government hasn't even started and somebody's already resigned his seat.
In a safe riding for the Conservatives, so that the Conservative party leader can run for election again. Carney's said he isn't going to delay the by-election process.
From what I've heard, the Australian election resulted in "meet the new boss, same as the old boss".
Next up: the Conclave. Or, as Because News called it, the first-past-the-Pope election.
