If they're willing to leave and you're willing to let them go, we'd be happy to accept Maine (cutting a couple of hours off the trip between Halifax and Montreal).

For that matter, there are enough places in Alaska that already do most of their business with British Columbia and the Northwest Territories that they might as well be a province... Again, if they want to switch over

EDIT: And, while accepting Greenland as a province makes some sense, they've made it clear that they don't want to become one... so, no.

RE-EDIT: And there's been some low-level chatter about the Turks and Caicos Islands for over a century, and they already have Canadian-style health care... but I've never heard anything about the chatter getting anywhere near a referendum.
