Kings Row Hospital.
Seraph and Tish, carrying Sam and bags of baby goods stood at the door to the Hospital and looked out at the down pour, Seraph turning to his wife. "I'll call a cab." He says, earning a snort from her.
"I got this." Tish said, handing over Sam and digging through the baby bags, pulling out a harness, some small goggles and a beanie, strapping the harness on, she took Sam back and tied him in, placing the goggles and beanie on him. "Tada! I'll run home, it's only a few blocks and I don't get wet."
Seraph sighed. "You are gonna jostle Sam."
She let out an indigent snort. "I super speed coffee around, never spilled a drop, see ya." In a blur she was gone.
Seraph sighed, pulled out his phone and called a cab.
Seraph's workshop.
Aura was carefully working in the forge, clawed hands holding the heated metal as she slowly tapped it with her hammer, shaping the breast plate as she hummed. There was a jingle as the door opened, putting down her work she lumbered to the front of the store. "Sorry we are clos.... Oh, hi miss Fuego." She said shyly as Tish stepped in, mildly damp with a baby strapped to her chest.
"Oh, Aura right, this is Sam." Tish waved at the baby, unhooking him from the harness before turning him to face her. "Welcome home little guy."
Sam slowly blinked, before belching and vomiting on Tish and starting to cry.
"Shit, guess I did jostle you." The speedster muttered over the wails.
Aura came out from behind the counter, pulling off her smithing apron and offering it to the new mother, Tish swapping Sam for the cloth and started to mop herself up. "Shit... Sorry Aura, um.... We head up into the house, I need a quick wash and change."
Aura nervously held the babe in her warm arms, following Tish through a side door and up the stairs to the Seraph's house, the girls where our for the day, school, heroing or day jobs. The oni sat down on the couch as Tish headed off to clean up, Aura looking down at the small babe in mild awe.... He was so small in her strong arms, his cries trialing off as she gently rubbed his belly with a clawed finger, careful not to scratch him.
After a while, Tish returns and smiles. "Can I have him back?"
Aura blushed and gingerly handed him back, her stumpy tail wagging. "I... I gotta get back to work." The oni mutters and headed out.
"Thanks for looking after him." Tish called out before sitting down on the couch, nothing the Oni had left it pleasantly warm, stretching out, she kicked up her feet and smiles. "Welcome home Samuel Jin Fuego." She said, stroking his brow.

Eventually Seraph got home, checking on Aura who muttered something along a hello, before heading upstairs to find Tish and Sam asleep, smiling he puts all the gifts and baby gear in their room, before coming out, picking up Sam and taking him to his crib, then scooping up Tish and carrying her to bed. "Big day huh." He says, kissing her brow as he puts her in bed.
