I have no problem with folks being displaced on June 19, or on June 21. I'll just mention that June 20 is World Refugee Day, and something should happen in Refuge to mark it. 
Just don't expect invitations to "The Day to Say Forever" on June 24; the guest list will have been finalized a month before that.
