Oh, there's been a lot of talk about the Safe Third Country Agreement over the last couple of years. The problem is that nobody's willing to officially ask whether the USA is still a safe country.
Until somebody grows a pair and asks that question, we have to pretend that we still believe the USA will abide by its treaties.
