It doesn't allow an ID attribute, but it does allow the old-school <a name="anchor-name"> syntax that I remember using back in 1998. Fixed to do that.
Interestingly this link exists at the site of the minorest plot hole -- the complex is named Aria House in the Halloween story, but it doesn't actually get that name until about an hour later in this story. Since the narrator of the story wrote it in past tense, obviously the order didn't really matter. (I wonder if these stories are documents in-universe in some sort of great history of the Crystal Millennium or something?)
