No, there wasn't a single white person in Rome. The modern racial categories really shouldn't be applied to the past, because people in the past didn't see race, certainly not in the same way we've been programmed. Romans had people of African descent (where Africa is now Tunisia, of course), pale skinned people from Britannia (though go back far enough and the earliest skeletons discovered there had dark skin), and lots of people who looked like they're from the Mediterranean area. People in the past were definitely racist, but had completely different categories, mostly based on culture.
Race is a lie from top to bottom. The worst lie the racists got us to believe is that race exists at all.
