On her birthday (or, at least, that's when we're hearing about it), a girl with the Post-War Magic Blues is Now Arriving at Gate B24...

Hermione Granger’s said buh-bye to Wizarding Britain and her life as a witch. Time to reunite with her parents and cat in the real world. All three of whom readily notice that she changed a lot while at school. She could have some explaining to do.

I wanted to do a few stories set in the ~20 years between Buh-Bye and The Other Minister, so expect more along these lines. More covering what follows Class Reunion will be happening too, never fear.

Quick note for those wondering how the Grangers met Hermione at her gate: this is circa 1998. People could meet arrivals inside, instead outside security.
