I think 'Things' would be a bit better, since 'Device' implies that there is some sort of function involved. Some items that would go in this category could be cursed objects. For example, the cursed Aztec gold from the first Pirates of the Caribbean reboot. The gold itself is just gold - it's the curse that's on it that does the action.

The fact that this would give us Recap, Settings, and Things is entirely coincidental, of course.
