Only 111 pages? I can change those to "Category:Index" manually (and add them to the 1461 pages already in that category) faster than we could write a bot to do the same work.

Okay, that's almost done. I want outside opinions before changing the remaining two pages; the reasons should be obvious - http://allthetropes.org/wiki/Category:Index_Index

(During this project, I moved the text on a half-dozen trope pages to their category pages because they already had their examples on subpages, and cleaned up the resulting double redirects. Another reason to not leave the job to a bot... )
