This is only tangentially ATT-related, but somebody here should have the answers to my questions...
I've been asked to implement a new-page boilerplate system on the freebie wiki. The one that ATT has looks to be stable and useful, but I have no idea how to install or maintain it.

- What do I need to ask the stewards to install?
- What do I need to do myself, and what rights do I need to ask the stewards to give me on the freebie wiki?
- How do I need to format the boilerplates?
- How and where do I need to store the boilerplates?
- How difficult is it to add a new boilerplate? I have three in mind to begin with, but no doubt I'll be asked to make more.
- Can making new boilerplates be restricted to confirmed users (or admins, if "confirmed users" turns out to be too open)?
