It's in the credits at the end, but to save you the effort of going to look for it, it's "The Laughing Gnome" by David Bowie. (Yes, the David Bowie. It comes from something like his very first album, back in the late 1960s.) I first heard it, btw, when I saw him perform it (with suitable co-stars) in an episode of The Muppet Show almost thirty years ago.
