It was Shadow, the Guardian, the Bard, and Rowan Phoenix. I dunno what the EXACT email Shade sent was, but I have seen Skysaber's reply, since Shade posted it. It wasn't pretty.
The plagiarism thing is harder to show, since the fic is long since taken down. A lot of people SAW it though, and someone may have a copy. It was a fic on ff.net called "Moon over Wands", and he copied an entire scene from Jonathon Ford's "The Phantom and the Silence".
