M7 is just starting to be fansubbed, or atleast, digitally fansubbed, I dunno aout VHS. Go to a.scarywater.net and take the link to base0, then scan down the long list, and you'll find the first four eps. GaoGaiGar is also in there, as is Macross Zero.
