Actually, I'm not sure that it would be that big of a problem. Wasn't somebody working on producing cloned meat? I seem to recall that being mentioned in the section that mentioned the rarity of fresh meat, and I think the problem they were having was filtering out handwavium from whatever they were using to produce it. But for somebody who's already biomodded, that shouldn't be a problem. Something could certainly be worked out....
