I seem to recall that .1C was the default speed for "generic speed drive on small car". It sounds like this particular ship is rather larger than that. Not to say that you couldn't play with eyebrow-raising numbers on "burn out the engine, only on a rescue, oh, and you just lost control of the ship" drive, but you might want to shave a bit off of your "tooling around the Solar System, no particular quirks" speed.
