Shortly afterwards he is handed over to the USCG Admiralty Court for trial by Mr Morden. Shortly afterwards, Morden is awarded a full pardon by the Russian President and the Russian Federation Air Force assign him the honorary rank of Colonel before throwing him into the River Volga.
