OXCART was the A-12; it and the SR-71 are largely similar and the A-12 preceded the 71, but they were active concurrently. OXCART was only single seat, and thus had a larger camera bay, and it was only flown by civilian (CIA) pilots, similar to the U-2 whereas the SR-71 was a USAF bird.
*shrug* Learned about it a few years ago when dad ran across a declassified document on it. Still have the printout around.
