I like the idea of this.  We should include it in everybody's emergency kits.  What are the quirks, or should this be relatively quirk free?

It's ONLY good for camouflage, as otherwise you get things like blue and florescent pink checks with silver poker-doted neon green stars.

And dumping it on people tends to make clowns out of them. Literally.
