On that note, if we're going to do a meetup scene we ought to establish where home base(s) is. The temporary Soviet Embassy will be based out of the

y'know, so much of politics is theater. One must maintain appearances!

Which leaves me with the Capital suite? Heh. Sure, sure. (The Washington tempts, but Marsden's idea of theater in this case demands a
subtly different impression than Mal's.)
