Also, I'm starting some basic images of the Cavaliers themselves, using the CoX costume generator. How do I get those out of CoX and into Paint or some other viewer? PrintScreen doesn't seem to work.

http://www.irfanview.com/]IrfanView has a "capture window" function - as long as you can run it in the background and there's a keystroke that CoX doesn't use (the default is Ctrl-F11, but that can be changed), you should be able to do a screen capture and save it as a JPG or PNG.
