I'm trying to figure out who counts as "Sailor Pinafore," even if it's a joking reference to the membership of the entire crew in the Sammies.
Tom Dobbs is likely not it, officially. He's a MARINE, dammit!
However, I think any knighthoods or titles given to members of the Pinafore crew are accepted graciously, as IIRC, Dobbs was slapped in the face with a (hotly contested, and eventually overturned, post-OGJ) dishonorable discharge for being biomodded. He took to wearing ALL of his medals in protest, even if it's just the "fruit salad" version. As he has the campaign ribbons for every battle he took part in, "formal dress" is almost more ribbons and pot metal than cloth. In Pride of place are his Purple Hearts, Knightly orders, Orders of Yavin and Khitomer, and ESPECIALLY his campaign ribbons for Tango Shoes and Jusenkyo.
