See, if the US is effectively "Third World country, like it should be (non-America-centric worldview example)," then they can get on with what's really important: Shelling the F$CK out of Seoul/Tokyo/Taiwan/Jerusalem/Capital of Breakaway Soviet Republic du Jour, etc., While listening to France ineffectually grousing that the active parties shouldn't be doing it from the secondary UN HQ in Geneva, Switzerland.
