Probably better than Stellvia's writeup did, since Grover's Corners is an actual town. A small town, to be sure, but a town nonetheless.
(I also expect that military bases such as the Roughriders' on 36 Atlantae would come out well. However, the "City Stats" rules don't appear to work very well for single-family residences such as Prometheus Forge...)
